He has over 40 years of experience in the overall water and wastewater industry. Since 1974, he has an established record of developing successful business relationships with end users/owners, engineers and manufacturers. His experience entails a long and on-going list of effective projects involving water and wastewater solutions.

Bobby joined BAR Environmental, Inc. in the fall of 2008. He began his career in both water and wastewater engineering and construction. From there he spent ten years in corporate technical sales and management roles. He has a rich history in developing and executing business growth and marketing plans, while keeping customer service at the forefront. Throughout this period he consistently surpassed sales performance objectives while maintaining a loyal customer base. He has continued this pattern of leadership with BAR Environmental.

Joe came to BAR Environmental, Inc. in early Fall 2014 with a proven track record of successful territory development and growth. He has provided solutions to technical problems for a variety of mid- to large clients since 1995. Since 2005, his career focus has been in technical sales and service with a recent emphasis on water and wastewater. He has extensive experience working with consulting engineers, contractors and end users/owners.

Josh came to BAR Environmental, Inc. as a Professional Engineer in January 2014. He began his career in 2001 as an engineer intern with the State of Tennessee. Since that time he has acquired a successful portfolio of business ownership and development. He has a comprehensive background in technical sales, business leadership, consulting services and construction. He now applies his experience and success to the development of BAR Environmental and its partners/customers.

Laura Beth joined BAR in early 2016 as Office and Project Manager. She began her career as a Mechanical Laboratory Technician for Mueller, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge in both mechanical technology and the over-all manufacturing process. She later took on logistical and managerial challenges with the United States Postal Service. Over the last three years, she has helped manage an office staff along with managing logistics, finances, and all customer service requirements for the USPS in one of the nation’ s fastest growing offices. She came to BAR with very high recommendations and now applies her success, experience and work ethic to BAR Environmental, along with our manufacturing partners and customers.
John PulkSee Bio

John rejoined BAR Environmental, Inc. in December 2016. He originally worked with Dickson-Pearson Associates, Inc. from the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s. From that period onward, he has worked entirely in the Water and Wastewater Equipment and Supply industry, with extensive emphasis in chemical feed and disinfection. John has a proven track record of success in business management, customer service, technical support, manufacturer representation and overall project management. For the last 10 years, he has owned and operated H20 Technologies, and has now brought his company and his expertise into the BAR Environmental, Inc. family.

Jason joins BAR Environmental, Inc. after 15 years of construction experience. He has a proven track record of successfully completing construction and field service projects. Over his career he has developed successful working relationships with general and sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers, design engineers, construction inspectors and end user customers. Areas of expertise include: submittal/document preparation, planning and scheduling, equipment and material management along with hands on material and equipment installation, repairs and improvements, onsite and shop modifications, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Complete customer assistance and satisfaction are at the forefront of Jason’s experience and focus with the BAR Team.

Andy joins the BAR Environmental team in February, 2018. He has more than 20 years of successful involvement and leadership in the Civil Engineering industry. He has worked on projects in site development, drainage, bridge and water and waste water treatment. He has experience in estimating, project management, sales and sales management, marketing and manufacturing operations. He has successfully developed new and increased existing business markets while working diligently alongside suppliers, consulting engineers, contractors and end users. Andy will prove to be a valuable asset to all our customers and partners.

Chris joins the BAR Environmental team on April 16, 2018. He is an adept technician with more than 15 years of experience in both mobile maintenance and shop atmosphere. He has often worked with customers and suppliers in many aspects of field service, support and installations. Chris is extensively experienced in many levels of electrical and control panel applications along with instrumentation, plumbing, welding, hydraulics and different types of fabrication. He has worked with many types of motors, pumps, blowers and other mechanical equipment. He has gained valuable hands on experience with various types of Chemical Feed and disinfection in both liquid and gas forms. Chris will prove to be a tremendous asset to all our company, customers and supply partners.
